Isabel was born at Melbourne, Australia. His father is from Australia, and her mother is Swiss. Her family spent time living in Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru an Australian mining town, and Cairns, an Australian mining town. Sister Nina was also a student at a school that had children from different backgrounds and First Nations. Isabel is currently living in Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel started acting at the age of 12. Then she studied drama at the Queensland University of Technology (Victorian College of Arts) and more recently, she was studying Perdekamp's Emotional Technique PEM. Prior to 2002, she had never auditioned. She appeared in Home and Away for 1988. They felt she was not the best fit for this part. However, they were so impressed they came up with a new character Tasha. She played her first TV role for 3 years. In recognition of her performance she received a Logie Award. Isabel was moved to Los Angeles, California in 2008. She made her debut in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen 2009. Since then, Isabel has appeared in numerous US/Australian productions. Additionally, she's won a number of prizes. Isabel recently played a part in Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy one of the fast-growing Australian classic, and the soon-to-be-released thriller Lunacy. Isabel completed her role in Sons of Summer and is currently in the process of preparing for the role in the film Marie Curie in Radiant with an award-winning scriptwriter and director Annika Glac. Isabel is involved in several environmental groups and is an animal rights activist. For the last 10 years she's been the ambassador for the Melbourne Human Rights and Arts Film Festival.
